One builder.
A small studio.
Yachenyi is an independent software practice for building AI agents, automation, developer tools and focused web systems.

Small by design.
The studio is intentionally compact: fewer layers between a problem, the architecture and the finished software. AI is used as engineering leverage, not as a substitute for clear system boundaries, testing or maintainability.
Projects usually begin with a concrete operational problem: context that keeps getting lost, repetitive work that should be automated, or software that needs a simpler way to coordinate people, tools and models.
Start from the repeated problem and the evidence that software can remove it.
Make workflows observable, resumable and understandable.
Add runtime complexity only where the product genuinely needs it.
Turn one-off fixes into patterns, tools and infrastructure that compound over time.
